Steps for Rental Applications
1. Search for the property you wish to apply for on realestate.com.au
2. Find the property
3. Scroll down to find Property Manager info and Apply section
4. Click Apply then submit all the required information (you will need to join or sign in first):
- Personal Details
- Address History
- Employment
- Income (Supportive documents to show your financial situation)
- Identity documents
- Other occupants
- Pets
- Cover Letter
- Utility connection service
5. Submit the application
